Mohamed Esmail
Esmail is a finance graduate and has more than a 20 years-career covering from business analysis / planning to corporate financial advisory for a number of prominent corporations. Esmail has helped businesses in acquiring multi-stage funding, corporate restructuring, value creation and strategic-partnerships formulation. Esmail is also a founding partner and Vice President - Investments of a UAE-Based Investment platform covering the Healthcare & Technology sectors. Esmail is a university lecturer of different areas of Finance/Investment & Entrepreneurship. Esmail has a special interest in the areas of Healthcare, Fintech, and Sustainability.

Moutaz Haddara
Haddara is a Professor of Information Systems at Kristiania University College, Oslo, Norway, Adjunct Professor at SP Jain School of Global Management, TIAS School for Business & Society, Utrecht, Netherlands, University of South-Eastern Norway, and the American University in Cairo, Cairo, Egypt. Haddara also works as a visiting scholar at several other institutions around the globe.
Haddara has more than 60 publications in the areas of big data, enterprise systems, IoT, benefits management, and data analytics. He also works closely with the industry, and serves as an advisory council member for the Microsoft Dynamics Academic Alliance in EMEA regions. He also has served as a researcher and consultant for several international institutions, governments and NGOs including the European Union, Deloitte and the government of Egypt. The projects include funding from Egyptian, Finnish, German, Norwegian, and Swedish institutions and Governments. Currently, he serves as an external evaluator for technology-related proposals for grants at the Egyptian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
